Last Updated: February 2026Otterly (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a matchmaking application owned and operated by Timpra. By installing or using Otterly, you agree to the handling of your information as described below. If you do not accept these terms, delete the app and stop using the service.
1. Why do we collect personal data
- Create and maintain your account
- Show your profile to potential matches (age, gender, interests, location radius, photos, etc.)
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
- Improve the app through analytics and bug-fixing
- Send you essential emails, push notifications, or SMS about account activity.
2. Data we process

- No sales, ever: We do not sell personal data.
4. Your choices & rights
You can access, correct, or download your data using in-app tools. To delete your account, visit settings. We erase or anonymise most data within 30 days, except for data required for legal/financial records.
