1. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old and currently unmarried.
• You have no convictions related to violence, harassment, or sexual misconduct.
• You are not prohibited from using the service by any applicable law.

2. Account Registration

To use Otterly, you must register via your phone number. You are responsible for all activities under your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3. Community Guidelines

We expect respectful behavior at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, or offensive content.
• Commercial solicitation or spam.
• Impersonation or catfishing.

Violating these rules may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

Otterly sells digital goods (subscriptions). Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your app store account settings.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Otterly does not conduct background checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Always use caution and follow safety guidelines when meeting in person.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
