These terms of use apply to your use of the mobile application of Otterly (hereafter the "App") provided by Otterly ("we", "our", "us"). Please go through them carefully. If you object to anything in these terms or our privacy policy, please do not use the app or any other service we offer.

Your access and use of our services is also subject to the Privacy Policy, and any terms disclosed and agreed to when you purchase additional features, products, or services from Otterly ("Additional Terms Upon Purchase"), which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Acceptance of Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available in the app. Continued use of the app after a revision indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old and currently unmarried
• You can form a legally binding contract
• You are not prohibited from using the service by any applicable law
• You do not have any convictions or court orders related to violence, harassment, or sexual misconduct
• You are not on any government watchlists (e.g. U.S. SDN list)
• You are not a citizen of any EU country

Failure to meet any of these criteria may result in permanent removal of your account.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Account Registration

To use Otterly, you must register via your phone number. You can then create a personal profile. Your email serves as your identifier for support requests. You are responsible for all activities under your login credentials.

Community Guidelines

We expect respectful behavior at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Offensive, abusive, or unlawful content
• Using bots or scraping tools
• Commercial solicitation or spam
• Sharing login credentials
• Publishing misleading or false info
• Using the platform to violate privacy, laws, or intellectual property rights

Violating these rules may lead to warnings, suspension, or termination without refund.

Safety Disclaimer

Otterly does not conduct background checks. Users are responsible for their safety while interacting with others both online and offline. Use caution when sharing personal details.

If we learn that a user is underage, we will delete their account upon notification by a parent/guardian.

Payments & Refunds

Otterly sells digital goods like VIP subscriptions and messaging access. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your app store account.

License & Content Rights

You grant Otterly a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use any content you submit for communication or promotional purposes within the app. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. Deleted profiles are removed from search and cannot be reactivated. Purchases are not refundable upon account deletion.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Otterly infringes your copyright, email GetOtterly@gmail.com with the required DMCA details.

We may link to external websites. Otterly is not responsible for their content or policies. You interact with such links at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Otterly is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including interactions with other users. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to us.

You agree to indemnify and hold Otterly harmless from any legal claims arising from your misuse of the app or breach of these terms.

Disclaimers

We make no guarantees about compatibility with other users or uninterrupted service. Content is provided "as is" and at your own risk.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable. We may transfer ownership of the app without notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of revised terms.
