Plans run weekly (in some regions), monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly, and longer plans cost less per month. A one-time Day Pass and a Lifetime option are also available.
Is Otterly usable without Premium?
Completely. Free members create a full profile, get verified, explore, send a daily budget of requests with notes, accept requests, chat with matches, play Olly games and get a Blind Love date every day. Premium removes limits and adds control; it does not unlock “the real app”.
What is the 100% refund promise?
If you marry someone you met on Otterly, we refund every rupee (or dollar) you spent on Premium. Email GetOtterly@gmail.com with both your two-letter names and a wedding photo or invitation. It is our way of celebrating — and the best possible reason to lose a customer.
What is the $10,000 wedding sponsorship?
A chance to win if you first met on Otterly and both of you had Premium when you matched — not if you already knew each other. Terms are shared with eligible couples.
How do I cancel?
Through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at any time. Your Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Otterly cannot cancel store subscriptions on your behalf.
